Quality Control

Quality control (QC) is a procedure or set of procedures intended to ensure that a manufactured product or performed service adheres to a defined set of quality criteria or meets the requirements of the customers.

In fact, quality in a product is not what the supplier puts in. It is what the customer gets out and is willing to pay for.

ARD quality control team adheres to an ideal quality by 3 stages of inspection and control (raw material inspection, production process inspection, and final inspection of products) based on the valid international standards. In each stage, although a great quantity of elements is checked at the same time in a printing company (register, color, distortion elements, etc.), QC department in AriaRang in cooperation with production and other involved departments controls them carefully and avoids production of non-conformances. And also with an inclusive and full control on packaging of final products, we stop forwarding defective products to our customers.

In ARD we do believe that quality is not only a responsibility of QC guys , but also we believe that it’s everyone’s responsibility. For that, all the managers and personnel of Aria Rang Company do their best to meet the defined quality standards and expectations.

We have established a self-control ( by operators ) and cross-check and control ( by QC guys ) system to ensure higher levels of quality and efficiency.

We as QC in ARD not only want to meet but also exceed the customers’ quality expectations and to produce products free from any defects. And to be able to compete well with our international and brand competitors.
